1. By sending an image or images to the website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. Receipt of images does not oblige icxrays to place them on the website.

3. icxrays will retain, publish and annotate the images at its discretion in terms of when and how they are used.

4. icxrays cannot and will not provide an acute interpretation service.

5. The purpose of the website is for teaching only. icxrays will comment as accurately as possible on images received , but will not be liable for any errors of interpretation.
